OpenMatter — Durable agent loops for work systems

Define persistent agent loops while keeping context, authority, continuity, and durable effects explicit.

OpenMatter is the durable Agent Loop framework for work systems. A Loop is a built-in or user-defined process definition that repeatedly turns subscribed work events into terminal Reactions. OpenMatter constructs authorized context, binds work continuity to replaceable agent runtimes, and keeps every outcome explicit.

It is a framework and SDK—not a hosted agent brain, mandatory hub, OAuth platform, or connector marketplace. Storage, deployment, credentials, schedulers, work platforms, and agent runtimes remain replaceable.

Work Integrations

Normalize native events, project explicit context, resolve authority-scoped credentials, and deliver a finite set of granted operations.

Agent Drivers

Map sessions, turns, event streams, permissions, cancellation, and results from ACP, Claude managed runtimes, or custom agents.

Loops

Package subscriptions, Scope and WorkThread association, ContextProjection, Agent continuity, grants, and Reactions as one reusable process definition.
